Product Overview
Flux Technology (Nantong) Co., Ltd. TL-124 AC/DC Meter Calibration Device is a three-phase 0.05-class integrated meter-source device designed in accordance with the verification regulations JJG124-2005 "Verification Regulation for Ammeters, Voltmeters, Wattmeters, and Ohmmeters," JJG307-2006, JJG596-2012, and relevant national standards. The core technology of the meter in the device is a high-precision power frequency AC acquisition unit composed of a digital signal processor (DSP) and a 16-bit high-speed analog-to-digital converter; the signal part of the source also uses DSP and a 16-bit high-speed digital-to-analog converter to form a controllable sine wave and distorted wave signal source.
The device features high accuracy, stable and reliable operation, and convenient and flexible operation.
The display uses a 6.5-inch TFT color LCD screen, with clear chart and character display. 

Main Functions and Features
1. Can automatically or manually verify the basic errors of various power frequency meters in power systems (voltmeters, ammeters, wattmeters, frequency meters, power factor meters, phase meters), single-phase AC energy meters, and three-phase AC energy meters (optional), as well as DC voltage and current meters. 
2. When measuring AC voltage, current, and active power, the accuracy is 0.05 class ; since the device is equipped with a digital/frequency converter (DFC) with an operating frequency higher than 60KHz and multiple current ranges, the accuracy in measuring energy can also be guaranteed to be 0.05 class.
3. Can generate distorted waves with 2nd to 31st harmonics, with programmable control over the number, order, amplitude of harmonics, and the phase of harmonics relative to the fundamental wave.
4. Equipped with an RS-232 interface or USB interface. Through upper computer software, the device can be controlled by a PC for automatic or manual verification, and the results can be processed and managed.
5. Equipped with a large-capacity non-volatile memory, which can store the original test data of 300 meters under test for review and upload.
